ValueClick Appoints VPs

Westlake Village-based ValueClick (www.valueclick.com) announced that it has appointed three new vice presidents. The company has promoted Jeff Pullen to Exec VP Operations; promoted Scott Ray to Exec VP Finance; and added Tom Vadnais as GM of the company's Mediaplex subsidiary.
