ValueClick Merges Mediaplex, Adware Brands
Westlake Village-based ValueClick said this morning that it has merged its Mediaplex and AdWare Systems brands into the Mediaplex brand. AdWare and Mediaplex were acquired by ValueClick in 2001, and will now be represented under one brand. The two subsidiaries both provide tracking, execution, and planning of online and offline advertising campaigns. The subsidiaries are one of a diverse services that ValueClick offers to advertisers, agencies, and customers.
