    Veoh Relaunches Site

Los Angeles-based Veoh, the venture backed video distribution and sharing site, said yesterday that the firm has launched a new site, adding a number of social networking tools to the firm's services. Veoh has added new features including a player that can download content from any video site and automatically post videos to sites like Google Video, YouTube, and MySpace, and Facebook; along with new advertising options that allows video publishers to add advertising to their posts. Veoh also has added the ability for users to rate and comment on videos, along with recommendations on videos based on viewing habits. Veoh is venture backed by Shelter Capital, Spark Capital, Time Warner, and Michael Eisner's The Tornante Company.
