Verari Adds $20M

San Diego-based Verari Systems announced today that it has completed a round of funding worth over $20M, in a round led by Carlyle Venture Partners. Other investors in the round included Voyager Capital, Sierra Ventures, and an unnamed strategic investor. Verari develops blade-based computing and storage devices. The firm said the funding will be used to bring its next generation of servers and storage to market, and to further research and development. More information »
