ViaSat Gets Win In Turkey

Carlsbad-based satellite communications firm ViaSat reported a win in the country of Turkey on Thursday, saying that it has linked with Aydin Yazilim ve Elektronik San. A.S. (AYESAS), a supplier of software to the Turkish Armed Forces. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. ViaSat said it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to cover exploration of and cooperation with AYESAS, focused on manufacturing of components, software and hardware development and testing, and maintenance and repair services.
