Camarillo-based networking chip maker Vitesse Semiconductor said Thursday that it has added two directors to its board. According to the firm, Matthew Frey and Kenneth H. Traub have joined its board, bringing its total members to seven. Frey is CEO of Optimum Energy, a developer of software-as-a-service for energy management. Traub is President and CEO of Ethos Management, a advisory firm which Vitesse says helps advise undervalued companies "build and unlock stockholder value".
