Camarillo-based Vitesse Semiconductor announced Wednesday that it has named Steve M. Perna as the firm's new VP of Product Marketing. Perna joins the firm from Wiquest Communications, and has also served at PMC-Sierra and Texas Instruments. The firm said that Perna is now responsible for execution of the firm's market strategy for all of its product lines. Vitesse develops semiconductors for the carrier and enterprise networking market.
