    Vivendi Sells Hoyle Brand


    Los Angeles-based Vivendi Universal Games said this week that it has divested its Hoyle branded software products to Navarre Corp's Encore subsidiary. Terms were not disclosed. Encore will support all sales, distribution, and marketing activities for the Hoyle family of products, which includes a number of card, puzzle, and board games. The deal covers the Hoyle games licesnse and worldwide perpetual license for certain family entertainment software content and technology.
