Irvine-based VIZIO, the maker of LCD HDTVs, is expanding its reach into the personal computing world, announcing this morming that it has launched five, new personal computers under its brand. VIZIO said it will be launching the new PCs, running Windows 7, this spring. The new line of PCs include a notebook, two "thin" notebooks, and two all-in-one computers. The expansion into the PC market will be a first for the brand, which is better known for its HDTV line. VIZIO also recently expanded into the tablet PC market. The firm did not announce pricing on the new PCs.
