    VlaueClick Expands Content Management Software

Westlake Village-based ValueClick (www.valueclick.com) will include digital document management in its Adware division's digital content management solution through a marketing partnership with Kofax. ValueCLick will integrate Kofax's Ascent Capture digital image capture application with the company's Content Depot software, as it looks to expand the use of its software to healthcare, legal, and financial services.
