    VU Games Sells Knowledge Adventure
    Los Angeles-based Vivendi Universal Games announced that it has sold its Knowledge Adventure educational software business, to Knowledge Holdings, Inc., a new company formed by Azure Capital Partners and Telesoft Partners. Knowledge Adventure owns the popular JumpStart and Mathblaster educational software titles. Financial terms were not disclosed. Vivendi also said that VU Games will continue to sell and distribute Knowledge Adventure games globally. According to Michael Kwatinetz, General Partner at Azure Capital, the new company will continue to be based in Los Angeles.
