VXI Technology Gets Private Equity Investment

Irvine-based VXI Technology, a developer of test instruments for industrial, military, and commercial applications, has scored a private equity injection from Alerion Capital Group and Merit Capital. Financial terms of the funding were not disclosed. VXI Technology said the new funding would go to help expand the firm's microwave test systems and LXI product lines. VXI develops test and data acquisition systems, used across a wide range of industries. More information »
