North Hollywood-based Walt Disney Internet Group said this morning that it has acquired iParenting Media, an Illinois provider of information for mothers. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Disney said that iParenting's content and services will be integrated into its network of family targeted sites. iParenting provides articles and information about pregnancy, babies and toddlers, and other parental advice. Disney said it plans to integrate all of iParenting's team into its operations. iParenting was founded by Alvin All and Elisa Ast All.
