The Wave Group of Companies said Wednesday that it has acquired SDG, LLC, an Irvine-based provider of information security technology services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Wave Group of Companies is a systems integration firm. According to the firm, SDG will become a wholly owned subsidiary. Both companies provide systems integration, information security, data management, and other services to enterprise customers.
