    WebMessenger Hires New Execs

Los Angeles-based WebMessenger said this morning that it has bolstered its executive team. The firm said that it has promoted Joe Naylor to President, added Dan Coole as VP of Sales and Marketing, and appointed Amir Hudda to its board of directors. Naylor was previously the firm's Chief Marketing Officer. Coole joins the firm from OZ Communications, and has also served at Ericsson and Mitubishi Electronics. Hudda was CEO of Apptix. Just last month, the management team at WebMessenger re-acquired the firm from Apptix, which had previously purchased the firm. WebMessenger develops instant messaging, VoIP, and other collaboration and communication tools for the enterprise market.
