WebSideStory Launches New Web Services
San Diego-based WebSideStory (www.websidestory.com) said that it has launched a new version of its HBX service which adds the ability to segment and market to online users. The HBX V2 service adds a module for segmenting users to a web site, such as creating specific pages targeted at users who looked at a certain product but did not purchase it. Other features include reporting on the success of paid keywords versus organic search; viewing of key link and page conversions in conjunction with web sites; as well as features to easily create online marketing campaigns within the user interface.
