WFI Acquires TLA Associates
San Diego-based WFI announced this morning that it has acquired Virginia-based TLA Associates for $34M. TLA provides voice, data, and converged networks to the U.S. Department of Defense and other agencies. WFI designs, deploys, and manages communications networks, technology networks, and security systems. WFI said that the deal will be all in cash, however that it expects to open a $15M senior credit facility for future acquisitions or corporate usage. WFI said that for the twelve months ending November 30, 2004, TLA recorded revenues of approximately $27M.
