    Wireless ISPs NextWeb, SkyPipeline Merge in $25M Deal


    Camarillo-based SkyPipeline (www.skypipeline.com) and Fremont-based NextWeb announced this morning that the two companies are merging. The deal, worth more than $25M, will result in broadband wireless coverage of both Northern and Southern California. The companies offer broadband Internet services aimed at small- and medium-sized businesses.
