WiSpry Raises Venture Round From In-Q-Tel
Irvine-based WiSpry announced yesterday that it has raised a strategic funding round from In-Q-Tel, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)'s venture arm. WiSpry is developing MEMs-based products that enable low-cost, high-performance tunable radio frequency (RF) components and modules for the wireless industry. Amount of the funding was not disclosed. In-Q-Tel invests in companies it believes are developing cutting edge technology that serve the United States national security interests.
