Wonderware Names Bullotta CTO
Lake Forest-based Wonderware said earlier this week that it has named Rick Bullotta as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the firm. Wonderware said that Bullota was most recently at SAP working on resaerch activities in "future manufacturing" and product management; he co-founded LIghthammer Software Development Corp, which was acquired by SAP in 2005. This is Bullotta's second stint with Wonderware, where he worked in a variety of roles from 1993 through 1997. Wonderware is a developer of software used for industrial automation, manufacturing, and operations management; the firm is a unit of Invensys.
