El Segundo-based aerospace firm Wyle said Monday that it has acquired RS Information Systems, a McLean, Va.-based federal systems integrator. Financial terms of the acquisition were no disclosed. Wyle is owned by Littlejohn & Co. Wyle said that the acquisition will bring the company to annual revenues of approximately $800M, and to more than 4,200 employees. RS information Systems provides technical and business services for defense, federal, and law enforcement agencies, and has more than 1,400 employees and 10 offices.
