    Wyle Buys Systems Integrator


    El Segundo-based Wyle said late Thursday that it has acquired RS Information Systems, a McLean, Virginia-based federal systems integrator. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Wyle, which provides engineering, professional, technical, an information technology services, said the acquisition will brings its total number of employees to more than 4,200, and its 2008 projected revenues to approximately $800M. RS Information Systems provides information technology, systems engineering, telecommunications, scientific support, and management consulting to the federal government.
