El Segundo-based Wyle said Friday that it has sold its Santa Clara test operations to Silicon Turnkey Solutions, a Milpitas-based provider of test and qualifications services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Wyle is a provider of aerospace engineering and IT services to the federal government. The firm's Santa Clara test operations served the aerospace, military, and commercial electronics industry.
