Xirrus Gains Certification

Thousand Oaks-based Wi-Fi equipment maker Xirrus disclosed today that the firm has received ISO 9001:2008 certification. The certification is a quality management system showing that companies follow certain standards for quality in their manufacturing processes. Xirrus claimed that it was "one of the first companies in the world" and the only Wi-Fi networking vendor to achieve the certification.
