Yardi Systems Buys RealTown

Santa Barbara-based Yardi Systems announced Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired San Diego Real Estate Electronic Publishing Company (REEPCO), which operates InternetCrusade, an online site focused on training real estate professionals, and RealTown, an online real estate community. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Yardi said the acquisition will make its products available to a large number of real estate professionals. Yardi said that REEPCO will continue to operate from its San Diego offices, with the entire management team and employees joining the company.
