Yardi Systems Buys Supply Chain Provider

Santa Barbara-based Yardi Systems, a developer of asset and property management software, said today that it has acquired Austin, Texas-based SiteStuff. SiteStuff is a provider of online procurement and supply chain management services for the commercial real estate market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Yardi said that SiteStuff will remain in Austin with its existing management team, and operate as a stand-alone company.
