ATTOM Data Solutions Buys Onboard Informatics

Irvine-based ATTOM Data Solutions, a provider of data on tax, mortgage, deed, foreclosure, and other property data, said today that it has acquired Onboard Informatics, a provider of neighborhood data such as neighborhood boundaries, school, crime rates, commute times, amenities, and more. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to ATTOM Data Solutions, which is led by CEO Rob Barber, the acquisition will help it provide complementary data to its clients. Onboard Informatics' information is being incorporated into ATTOM's Data Warehouse data, which contains data on more than 155 U.S. residential and commercial properties, according to the companies.
