Cadence Aerospace Acquires Perfekta

Anaheim-based Cadence Aerospace, a provider of components, subassemblies, assemblies and repair and overhaul services to the aircraft and defense market, has acquired Perfekta, a provider of large monolithic structures, precision-machined hard metal and aluminum components, complex machined forgings and structural assemblies. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Perfekta was headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. Cadence Aerospace is owned by private equity investor Arlington Capital Partners.
