Clearlake's NetDocuments Names CFO

NetDocuments, the provider of secure cloud-based document, email, and collaboration management software for the legal industry, which is backed by Santa Monica-based private equity investor Clearlake Capital, says it has named a CFO. According to the companies, NetDocuments has named Pete Childs as its new Chief Financial Officer. Childs was previously Chief Financial Officer at Workfront. Clearlake acquired NetDocuments last year.
