Cylance Adds Trio Of New Board Members

Irvine-based antivirus and endpoint protection software developer Cylance has added three new people to its board of directors, according to the company, adding Kirk Arnold, Michael Capellas and Joe Maglione to the body. Arnold was most recently CEO of Data Intensity, LLC, and is also a lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management, where she teaches entrepreneurial sales and advanced ventures in its MBA program. Capellas was most recently Chariman and CEO of VCE (a joint venture of Cisco, EMC, and VMware), and also served at First Data, MCI, Hewlett-Packard, and Compaq Computer Corporation, and also sits on the boards of Cisco, Flextronics, Mulesoft, JDA Software and Solace. Maglione is a partner at Deloitte.
