Cylance Picks Up $120M For Endpoint Security

Irvine-based Cylance, which develops endpoint security software, said on Tuesday that it has raised $120M more in a funding round, for its artificial intelligence-powered software. The company said the funding was led by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities, and also included other investors. Cylance, led by Cylance CEO Stuart McClure, says it had over $130M in annual revenues for its fiscal year 2018, and saw 90% year-over-year growth. The company says it now has more than 4,000 customers, including over 20 percent of the Fortune 500. More information »
