Everytable Takes $55M In Series C

Los Angeles-based Everytable, which provides freshly prepared, ready-to-eat food through subscription, storefronts, and kiosks called "SmartFridges", says it has raised $55M in a Series C funding. The funding was led by Creadev, Desert Bloom Food Ventures and Gullspång Re:food, and also included Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Kimbal Musk, The Beacon Fund, Brener International Group, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, and The Libra Foundation. According to Everytable, its meals are priced according to each zip code's median income, and with its meals made from scratch in a central commissary kitchen. More information »
