Ferla Aims At Electric Cargo Bike Market

Azusa-based Ferla Bikes said today that it has rolled out a new, electric cargo bike it calls the Lagom. According to the company, its cargo bike is aimed at "greener urban living", and is aimed at families, commuters, and others doing errands in town. Ferla says its bicycles are designed for "conscious-driven urban city millennials that are choosing different transportation methods than their parents' generation". The company's cargo bicycle has a range of 140 miles on a single charge, and can take up to three passengers and up to 440 pounds of cargo, including children, pets, and groceries.
