Scientist.com Sets Chief Commercial Officer

San Diego-based online, outsourced research marketplace Scientist.com has named Arne Brandon as the company's new Chief Commercial Officer, as part of an international expansion effort by the company. Brandon was most recently Vice President of Global Strategic Partnerships at VWR International, and also served at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Life Technologies. Scientist.com is venture backed by Leerink Transformation Partners (LTP), 5AM Ventures, Heritage Provider Network, Bootstrap Ventures and Jack Giarraputo, a Hollywood producer.
