Halozyme Acquires Antares Pharma

San Diego-based Halozyme Therapeutics announced today that it has acquired Antares Pharma, a publicly held company which develops auto-injectors for medication. The company said it has agreed to pay $5.60 per share in cash for Antares, which values Antares at approximately $960M. The boards of both companies have approved the acquisition deal. H
