Illumina Names CFO

San Diego-based gene sequencing equipment giant Illumina. said on Wednesday that it has named Joydeep Goswami as the publicly traded company's Chief Financial Officer. Goswami was most recently interim CFO for the company, and had been Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer. He has been interim CFO since July of 2022, and was in the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development role since 2019. He also has served at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Life Technologies, as well as McKinsey & Company.
