InCharge Energy Launches New Service Offering

Santa MOnica-based electric vehicle charging station developer InCharge Energy is looking to make it easier for commercial fleets to install electric vehicle charging stations, with a new "charging-as-a-service" offering. According to InCharge Energy, the new services, InCharge as a Service, offers up EV charging stations to commercial fleets based on an uptime standard and paid for on a monthly or variable basis. The new service allows those fleets access to those charging stations without owning or operating the infrastructure themselves. Pricing on the new monthly subscription was not announced. The company said the offering will allow those fleets to avoid hefty upfront investments required for installing EV charging stations.
