Ingram Micro Buys Cloud Harmonics

Irvine-based Ingram Micro said today that it has acquired Cloud Harmonics, a provider of cybersecurity solutions for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Cloud Harmonics has locations in both San Jose, California, and Austin, Texas. Ingram said the buy specifically will help it bolster its presence in the security market.
