Karma Automotive Sues DeLorean Over Trade Secrets

The latest incarnation of Irvine-based Karma Automotive has sued the newest incarnation of DeLorean, alleging DeLorean stole its trade secrets. The lawsuit apparently stems from a discussion between DeLorean Motors Imagined, which owns the branding rights to the original DeLorean Motor Company, and Karma Automotive, over building an EV-version of the iconic DeLorean sedan. Both Karma and DeLorean are working on electric vehicles.
