Combatant Gentleman Plans First Retail Store
Los Angeles-based online men's clothing retailer Combatant Gentleman is getting set to open the company's very first, retail location, at Santa Monica Place. According to the company, the new store will be opening next week, on the second floor of Santa Monica Place, next to Nordstrom's. Haus Rolls Out New Home Search Site
Los Angeles-based Haus, a new startup in the real estate and home search space, said this morning that it has launched a new home search site which lets look for home, based on their lifestyle. The startup, founded by Avantika Shahi, says it allows users to ferret out home based on walkability to coffee and restaurants, proximity to work, school districts, noise levels, and other lifestyle factors. Kin Community Raises $13.5M More

Impinj, With Offices In OC, Sets IPO Pricing Range
Impinj, a developer of RFID technology which has engineering offices in both Rancho Cordova and Newport Beach, has set the estimated IPO pricing range for its stock at between $12.00 and $14.00 per share, the company said in a filing this morning. REC Solar Targets Channel With Solar Power Financing
San Luis Obispo-based REC Solar, the developer of commercial solar power systems, said it has expanded a channel partner program, as part of a move to expand its commercial solar business. According to REC Solar, the new program will offer up $225M in power purchase agreement (PPA) funding from Duke Energy for commercial projects ranging from 50kW to 2MW in capacity. Teledyne Sells Printed Circuit Board Business
Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies said late last week that it has completed the sale of the assets of its printed circuit technology business (Teledyne PCT), to FTG Circuits. The deal was worth $9.3M in cash. Teledyne PCT was based in Hudson, New Hampshire, and had focused on design and manufacturing of rigid-flex printed circuit boards and assemblies used in the defense, aerospace and oil and gas industries. San Diego-based Ingenu, a developer of machine-to-machine communications technology, said today that it has named Dan Halvorson as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Resonant Buys Swiss Company
Goleta-based radio frequency filtering technology developer Resonant has acquired a Swiss company, GVR Trade SA, which provides design and consultation on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) and Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) devices. The company said it paid $1.1M in stock and cash for GVR Trade, which was owned by Dr. Victor Plessky. OSI Systems Gets $8M Contract
Hawthorne-based OSI Systems reports this morning that its security division, Rapidscan Systems, has received an $8M contract, for multiple units of its Rapidscan Systems RTT 110 explosives detection systems. The company said the order came from an un-named, major international airport. The company's systems are used for high resolution, 3D inspection of baggage and air cargo.
