OncoSec Gets $2M In Direct Offering

San Diego-based OncoSec said on Monday that it has raised $2M in a registered direct offering, selling 1,582,932 shares of its common stock at $1.25 per share. The company did not say how participated in the offering. OncoSec is a biotechnology company developing immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer. The company trades on the Nasdaq as ONSC.
