PrescribeWellness Acquires Assets From VoicePort

Irvine-based PrescribeWellness, which develops cloud-based patient relationship management software, said this week that it has acquired the pharmacy-related assets of VoicePort. VoicePort is a provider of interactive voice response products for regional pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies. Financial details of the buy were not announced. PrescribeWelness said it will use the assets to extend its offerings. VoicePort was based in Rochester, New York, and had been founded in 2003.
