Rentspree Links With California Apartment Association

Los Angeles-based RentSpree, and online startup which helps landlords and property managers to screen and verify tenants, has signed a deal with the California Apartment Association. According to RentSpree, it will offer its tenant screening platform to all CAA members. Financial details of the deal were not announced. RentSpree's service offers up access to credit reports and scores, eviction history, rental applications, and more from tenants.
