Reveleer Acquires MDPortals

Glendale-based artificial intelligence (AI) healthcare software developer Reveleer announced that it has acquired MDPortals, a developer of "risk adjustment" software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to Reveleer, the acquisition will augment its risk adjustment solution. Reveleer is led by CEO Jay Ackerman.
