Ring Founder Siminoff Steps Down From CEO Post

Jamie Siminoff, founder of Santa Monica-based Ring, has stepped down as CEO of the company, saying that he will instead serve as "Chief Inventor" for Ring. Ring--which is now owned by Amazon--was started in 2012. Siminoff said that Ring has brought on Elizabeth (Liz) Hamren as its new CEO; Hamren was previously Chief Operating Officer at Discord.
