SendGrid Triples Space In OC, Opens New Office In Irvine

Email service provider SendGrid is tripling its space in Orange County, saying this morning that it has opened up a brand new office in Irvine. According to the company, the new office at 400 Spectrum Center Drive has over 22,000 square feet, and can hold twice the number of employees it currently has in Orange County, where it currently employs 60. SendGrid said the move to the new offices specifically will help it recruit from Irvine's strong pool of tech talent. SendGrid's email services are used to send transactional emails. SendGrid, which is based in Denver, says it now has over 400 employees; one of the company's co-founders has been based in Orange County since the company was founded in 2009.
