SloanLED Acquires Litecorr

Ventura-based SloanLED, a developer of LED lighting products and power supplies, has acquired Litecorr, a LED lighting products manufacturer, according to private equity investor Baird Capital. Baird Capital owns SloanLED. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Baird Capital says the buy will help the companies expand their global reach and product line. Litecorr serves the commercial and industrial market, the companies said. Litecorr was founded in 1984, and was based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
