Teledyne Clears Two Antitrust Reviews For FLIR Acquisition

Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies Incorporated says it has cleared antitrust reviews in both Canada and Canada for its ongoing acquisition of FLIR Systems. According to the company, it received a No-Action Letter regarding the proposed acquisition from the Competition Bureau of the Government of Canada on Wednesday, and a similar one from the Federal Cartel Office in Germany. It says the deal is still subject to additional required regulatory approvals in Poland, Turkey, China and South Korea.
