The Trade Desk Names Product VP

Ventura-based advertising technology developer The Trade Desk has named Dr. Bill Simmons as the company's new Vice President of Product. According to the company, Simmons was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Dataxu, an ad-tech pioneer, which was acquired by Roku in 2019; he then became Vice President of Product Management of Roku's ad platform. Simmons also previously served at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems and Lockeed Martin Astronautics.
