Unitas Global Acquires Solinea

Los Angeles-based hybrid cloud operator Unitas Global said Thursday morning that it has acquired Solinea, which helps enterprises with cloud adoption. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. According to Unitas Global, the addition of the Solinea team will help its position as a trusted advisor and partner to its clients. Solinea was based in San Francisco, with offices in New York City, South Korea, and Japan.
